About the Product
Applied Nutrition's ABE (All Black Everything) is a super-concentrated pre-workout powder in a 375g format (30 servings of 12.5g), Informed Sport certified and suitable for vegan diets. The formula combines six reference active ingredients in sports nutrition: Citrulline Malate 2:1 (4000 mg), Creatine Monohydrate (3000 mg), Beta-Alanine (2000 mg), Taurine, Anhydrous Caffeine (200 mg), and VitaCholine™, supplemented with Niacin (Vitamin B3) and Vitamin B12 to support energy metabolism. No added sugars. The name "All Black Everything" and Applied Nutrition's positioning in the maximum performance segment reflect the philosophy of a product that does not compromise on any active ingredient: clinical doses, patented ingredients, and world-renowned anti-doping certification.
Benefits
Citrulline Malate 2:1 (4000 mg) for muscle pump and vascular performance: Citrulline Malate is the muscle pump ingredient with the most scientific evidence and the most effective for sustainably increasing nitric oxide (NO) production. L-Citrulline has significantly higher oral bioavailability than direct L-Arginine, being converted to L-Arginine in the kidneys with much greater efficiency than oral L-Arginine supplementation, resulting in more pronounced and sustained increases in circulating NO. NO promotes peripheral vasodilation, increasing blood flow to active muscles, improving oxygen and nutrient delivery, and amplifying the sensation of muscle pump. The Malate component contributes to the Krebs cycle and ATP production, with additional properties for reducing muscle fatigue. With 4000 mg per serving, ABE provides a clinically relevant dose of Citrulline Malate.
Creatine Monohydrate (3000 mg) for strength, power, and ATP resynthesis: The inclusion of 3000 mg of creatine monohydrate in ABE transforms it into a pre-workout that simultaneously supports vascular pump and strength performance, eliminating the need for separate creatine supplementation for users who consume ABE daily. Creatine monohydrate is the most studied ergogenic supplement in the history of sports nutrition, with over 500 clinical studies confirming its effectiveness in increasing muscle phosphocreatine stores, ATP resynthesis during explosive efforts, and improving performance in high-intensity exercise. With 3000 mg per serving and daily use, ABE contributes to the progressive saturation of muscle phosphocreatine stores over weeks of continued use.
Beta-Alanine CarnoSyn® (2000 mg) for muscle endurance and acidosis elimination: Beta-Alanine is the limiting precursor for muscle carnosine synthesis, the main intracellular proton buffer that neutralizes muscle acidosis during intense anaerobic exercise. With 2000 mg per serving, ABE provides a relevant dose of Beta-Alanine which, with daily and continued use, contributes to the progressive increase in muscle carnosine levels and the improvement of muscle endurance in high-intensity exercise. The tingling sensation on the skin (paresthesia) often associated with Beta-Alanine is a harmless and temporary effect, more pronounced in the first days of supplementation.
Anhydrous Caffeine (200 mg) for energy, focus, and performance: The 200 mg dose of anhydrous caffeine per serving of ABE is within the clinically effective range for most adults (3 mg/kg body weight for a 65 kg individual), producing relevant ergogenic effects of increased energy, improved focus and concentration, reduced perception of effort, and improved aerobic and strength performance. Anhydrous caffeine has faster and more consistent absorption than caffeine from natural sources, reaching peak plasma levels 45 to 60 minutes after ingestion. The moderate dose of 200 mg is suitable for most users, including those with moderate caffeine sensitivity, without the risk of adverse effects associated with very high doses present in high-stimulation pre-workouts.
VitaCholine™ for cognitive focus and mind-muscle connection: VitaCholine™ is a patented form of highly bioavailable choline bitartrate, a precursor to acetylcholine, the main neurotransmitter at the neuromuscular junction. Adequate acetylcholine levels improve nerve signal transmission to the muscle, muscle recruitment, and the mind-muscle connection during strength training, being especially relevant for the quality of technical execution of movements under fatigue conditions.
Informed Sport certification for competitive athletes: ABE is certified by the Informed Sport program, which tests each production batch of the product for substances prohibited by WADA (World Anti-Doping Agency), through independent laboratory analysis by the LGC Group, one of the world's leading laboratories in supplement analysis for competitive sports. This certification distinguishes ABE as a pre-workout suitable for athletes subject to anti-doping controls, where the use of supplements without third-party certification can represent a significant risk of accidental contamination.
Uses
Pre-workout: Mix 1 serving (12.5 g, half a scoop) with 300 to 400 ml of cold water. Shake well and consume 20 to 30 minutes before training. To assess individual tolerance, start with half the recommended dose for the first uses.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight and humidity. Close the packaging tightly after each use.
