Choline is an essential nutrient for the synthesis of phosphatidylcholine, the main phospholipid of VLDL (Very Low Density Lipoprotein), which are the particles responsible for transporting triglycerides from the liver to peripheral tissues. L-Methionine for carnitine synthesis and support for mitochondrial lipid metabolism: L-Methionine is an essential amino acid with multiple metabolic functions relevant to lipid metabolism. It is a precursor to L-Carnitine (along with L-Lysine), the molecule responsible for transporting long-chain fatty acids into the mitochondria where they are oxidised for ATP production. It is also a methyl group donor in the synthesis of creatine, carnitine, phosphatidylcholine, and many other essential methylated compounds. Phosphatidylserine 50% for cortisol control and optimisation of the hormonal environment for fat loss: Phosphatidylserine is a phospholipid with strong scientific evidence for modulating cortisol levels, especially the cortisol peak induced by intense physical exercise. Chronically elevated cortisol has negative effects on body composition: it promotes abdominal lipogenesis (visceral fat accumulation), inhibits peripheral lipolysis, and favours muscle catabolism. Uses
