With ~80 to 81% protein on a finished product basis, Clear Isolate Zero has a slightly lower protein concentration than Iso Zero CFM (87%) — which is expected given the processing difference: Lacprodan® Clearshake is processed for solubility in an acidic medium (which implies slight differences in protein structure compared to Provon 295® in CFM). The Original (unflavored, Flavour Free) version of Clear Isolate Zero — as pictured — has only 3 ingredients: Lacprodan® Clearshake + rapeseed oil + citric acid. Citric acid provides a mild acidity that facilitates protein dissolution in cold water (the acidic environment keeps the protein in solution instead of precipitating). This unflavored version dissolves in water with a very slight neutral acidity and can be customized by the athlete by adding natural fruit juice (lemon, orange, passion fruit — whose natural acids perfectly complement the clear protein), an isotonic sports drink, or simply consumed plain with ice water.

Usage
Recommended dosage: Mix 25g (1 scoop of 70ml) with 300 to 350ml of cold water or fruit juice. Shake vigorously for 20 to 30 seconds. For zero effervescence and perfect dissolution, use cold water (warm water may reduce solubility). Add ice for an even more refreshing experience. For customized flavor use: add the juice of half a lemon or lime to the shaker before shaking. Consume 1 to 2 servings per day, preferably post-workout or as a protein snack. 800g = ~32 servings of 25g.
