Unlike the GO ON Protein Bar, which prioritizes protein intake, the GO ON Energy focuses on carbohydrates as the main energy source, combining fast-absorbing sources (glucose syrup, maltodextrin, cane sugar) with the unsaturated fat and protein from real peanuts (25.5% of the composition) and a milk chocolate coating (25%) for more lasting energy. The formula's distinguishing feature is the inclusion of guarana extract (0.5%) with natural caffeine, magnesium, and a complex of 7 vitamins (C, E, B1, B3/niacin, B5, B6, B12).
