Usage
Post-workout: Mix 1 serving with 200 to 300 ml of cold water or skim milk. Shake well for 20 to 30 seconds. Consume preferably within 30 to 60 minutes after training to maximize muscle protein synthesis in the post-exercise anabolic window, where muscle sensitivity to L-Leucine and essential amino acids is at its peak.
